Visit the store to choose from our selection of koi and goldfish. After owning koi for a while, you recognize the temperament and personality of individual fish.

In an effort to assist our customers in purchasing the items they need for their ponds or the ponds themselves, Cool Ponds is excited to announce our new Layaway program. Designed to take the sting out of a large payment, we hope you will consider
participating and let us help make purchasing a little easier.

Layaway Guidelines:

• Only available for purchases of $250.00 or more.
• Purchases may be made for hard goods merchandise or installation, but may not be used for fish or plant purchases.
• A ten percent (10%) deposit is required to begin the layaway program. This deposit also serves as the cancellation fee, which is non-refundable. Once the other 90% of the purchase is paid, the deposit will be applied to the balance.
• Monthly payments must be made on the first Tuesday of each consecutive month for the following six (6) months (unless balance becomes due in September – see next item.) The monthly payment will be at least fifteen percent (15%) of the total purchase.
• Because of the seasonal nature of our business all layaways must be paid in full by the first Tuesday in September.
• An automatic payment may be set up at the time of the layaway deposit. Cool Ponds will bill your credit card for 15% of the total on the first Tuesday of each month.
• You may cancel your layaway at any time with a full refund minus your 10% cancellation fee. Any NSF check fees that have occurred will be deducted from the balance refunded.
