How do you become a
Preferred Rewards Member?

• Buy a complete Pond or Pondfree kit. Kits include waterfall unit, pump vault or skimmer, pump, pipe, liner, and underlayment. All components must fit together. (For example: purchasing a pump for a 5000 gallon pond but liner for a 750 gallon pond doesn't count.)

OR

• Get a Cool Ponds professionally installed water feature.

How do I get my discount?

• Pick up your membership card at Cool Ponds. (They will not be mailed.) As of Sept. 14, 2011, cards will (should) be given at the time of kit purchase or installation.
• Present your card when you make a puchase at Cool Ponds with a valid photo ID. (No card or ID, no discount, sorry.)
• For services, note that you are a Preferred Rewards member on your service contract.

Other stipulations:

• Your discount cannot be transferred. It is yours and yours alone for your water feature only.
• Not valid for prior purchases.
• Membership is retroactive, meaning if you purchased a kit in 2004, you are now a member. Sorry you don't get a discount on anything you have purchased prior to Sept. 14, 2011. Be sure to stop in and pick up your card.
• In order to issue you a card, we must have proof of your purchase on record. In other words if you didn't give us your name and address at time of purchase you must present a receipt to show proof of purchase. (This rarely happens.)
• It is not the responsibility of Cool Ponds to offer the discount. Please ask for it, we most likey won't remember!

All of our Cool Ponds customers are special to us, but we have a special bond with our clients that have either purchased a do-it-yourself kit at Cool Ponds or have had a professional installation from Cool Ponds. We get to experience your water feature and all its growth with you like it's an addition to the family.
