How to redeem:

Mobile version -- From the main menu of the Cool Ponds online store, click the shopping bag in the lower right hand corner. The photo depicts what you will see on the mobile version.

From a PC -- Click the icon that says "Rewarded" on the lower right hand area of your screen. (Not pictured.)

From your rewards menu, choose "Ways to redeem".

From the "Ways to redeem" menu you will see what rewards are currently available to you. Click the Redeem button on the on the reward which you want to use.

Click "Apply code".

Now you are ready to shop. When you are ready to check out, the code will automatically be added to your cart.

Some other information about Rewards Points...

Rewards points can be earned with purchases online or in our storefront. They cannot be earned from products purchased from Cool Ponds maintenance services or Cool Ponds installations.

Rewards points do not expire.
