Features of the Cool Ponds Foreman Position

• Work days Tuesday - Friday 8am - 6pm 

• We will train you in everything you need to know about pond building and maintenance.

Candidates for this position should:
 

• Enjoy and thrive on leading people and building a team

• Possess problem solving capabilities

• Have at least one year supervisory experience

• Be able to read a design plan and instructions

• Have an exceptional attendance record

• Be knowledgeable of all aspects of landscaping (preferred but not required)

• Understand that this is a working foreman position -- he or she will work with and guide their crew to complete projects together

• Have a desire to learn the art of water feature building and become an expert at water feature maintenance (we will train you)

• Have clear oral and written communication skills

• Be a well organized person

• Must have a clean driving record and auto insurance

• Be willing to submit to random drug tests and a background check

• Salary of $44,000 to $48,000 based on leadership and/or landscape experience
