Here's the catch...
Winter work moves much slower than our warm weather work. Precipitation, extreme cold, etc. prevent us from finishing projects as fast. Because of these constraints, there is very limited time to devote to new winter projects -- and they all must be complete before March when our maintenance season begins. So that means there are a limited number of projects we can take on.
